Second-grade students played math games during center time on Friday. The students cooperatively worked on mastering their addition and subtraction math facts (with numbers 0 to 20) and understanding place value (ones, tens, and hundreds). Great job, second-graders!

Mr. Richard Guerry of IROC2 shared essentials of his book "Permanent and Public" with FKS 4th & 5th graders to make students mindful of protecting themselves from making life altering mistakes online or with any digital technology as citizens of a rapidly evolving digital village. Students were encouraged to keep their risks lows, be their best selves online, and create a history of themselves online that their children one day would be proud of. Their mindfulness online will make all of the difference.
