
Everyone had a great time at the OFRS PTO Color Run! We were lucky that the weather on Sunday was perfect!



We thank the girls and leaders of Troop #98464 for the festive and smile inducing decorative displays at the student entrances to each building. Thank you very much! We greatly appreciate your efforts to contribute to your school.



Our first grade Wolves learned about fire safety and had a tour of the fire truck this morning. Many thanks to the Schooley's Mountain Fire Protection Association - especially former FKS students Firefighters Spencer Drozdowski and Kyle Wagner - who along with Firefighter David Cooke brought us this program.

FKS welcomed back Lead U for another Empower Hour during this Week of Respect to bring a message of making good decisions to grades K-5 in the Flocktown MPR. It was also appropriate to our first Paw of the Wolf - Power to Choose. Many thanks to our PTA for bringing us this high energy and thought provoking program.

Our 6th grade science classes completed a lab testing different ways to make bubbles. Teachers helped students collect data using different types of soap and ratios of soap to water.




It's our first day of our Week of Respect SPIRIT Days. Look at our Kindergarten friends getting "Comfy Being Kind". 💙 Students are greeted each morning by this bulletin board that reminds us that we all belong!
