If you click, “save as draft” you will have up to 25 days to complete and submit the application. When it is complete, click “finish” and submit application”. Your application will remain active for one year. You will be notified by e-mail when your application is about to expire so that you can reactivate if you wish.
In order to ensure your application is as accurate as possible, we encourage you to periodically update your information. You may modify a submitted application at any time to add, change, or delete information. Simply select the “Online Application Process” link.
