Goal 1:
To create an annual governance calendar that includes the monitoring of student achievement.

Goal 2:
To review and approve the newly developed policy manual within one calendar year of receipt of the manual from NJSBA.

Goal 3:
In 2025 the Washington Township Board of Education will hold two board retreats - in February to acclimate new members, and in June to identify goals for the upcoming school year.

Goal 4:
The Washington Township Board of Education will attend professional development individually and as a board team, earning at least four board credits to maintain its NJSBA certification status. Additionally, each board member will attend at least one school event, with monthly board presence at events at each school.
